Another giant from the C Lazy U ranch! Over the last two seasons we have proven that
our Colorado ranch can rival any of the west’s big bull hotspots. Tim Abbott
scored on this 350 class bull during the second week of the general rifle
season. This is our third bull over 330
in two weeks!

2012 Teal season is starting

We at the High Adventure Company are excited about the 2012 Teal season in Louisianna. The season starts on September 15 and ends on September 30 with 3 day / 3 night packages going for $1,550. The Honey Brake Lodge in Louisianna is one of the most spectacular lodges we have seen anywhere in the States.

Garden and Gun’s newest edition featured a section on southern visionaries titled “Creative Class” which focused the impact some very special southerners are having on Art, Style, and Design. Featured in the article was none other than High Adventure’s own John Burrell, alongside Rebecca Etchen Peters for their lead design work for Eddie Bauer’s new Sport Shop line. Both John and Rebecca were hand picked as top professionals in their field to design and field test Eddie Bauer’s shooting, fishing, hunting and dog products. I cannot image two more qualified individuals, Rebecca being a former world-champion trapshooter and John having hunted worldwide for 30 years, to truly design “guide-built” hunting and fishing clothing.

Al Holland take great buffalo in South Africa

Long time High Adventure Company clients Al and Lynn Holland shot this fantastic Cape Buffalo while on safari with us in South Africa. This is Al’s first Cape Buffalo and it is a great trophy. Pictured with Al is Ethan Ruhl. Ethan hunted with us previously in South Africa and has now returned to intern with Chapungu. Ethan was a tremendous help on this hunt.

Terry Littlepage takes beautiful lion in Zimbabwe

Long time client and friend Terry Littlepage returned to Charara Zimbabwe this year for his second hunt there. He took a leopard and buffalo on his first trip and this time he got another buffalo as well as this magnificent lion.

Jack Woods takes beautiful brown bear in Alaska

Long time High Adventure client Jack Woods waited several years before making the trek to Alaska in search of a trophy brown bear. This Spring Jack was able to take his trip and hunted with Tok River Outfitters. The result was this wonderful brown.

Our long time friends and clients Lee Gilliland and Paul Barrentine took their wives and headed to Spain in search of trophy Ibex. Lee and Paul took both Gredos and Beceite Ibex as well as Mouflon sheep during their week long hunt.
